Which files can I upload?
PNG, JPG and WEBP images up to 20 MB. Logos, icons, drawings and graphics with clear shapes give the best results. Photos can be converted, but they become flat color areas.
Is the conversion really free?
Yes. Uploading, converting, adjusting and the preview are free and need no account. You only pay to download the files.
What do I get when I pay?
SVG, PDF and EPS vector files plus a 300 dpi PNG with transparent background. You set the size in millimeters and the use: digital printing (PDF/X-4 with your printer's color profile, optional 3 mm bleed), screen printing (spot colors, knocked out with trapping) or vinyl cutting (shapes without overlaps). A preflight report shows details that are too fine and the recommended minimum size.
How do credits work?
One credit unlocks one image. Purchased images stay in your account and can be downloaded again for free at any time, also with different print options. Credits never expire.
How long are my files stored?
Guest uploads and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Images in an account that were not purchased are kept for 30 days. Purchased images stay in your account until you delete them. Images purchased without an account are kept for 30 days after the purchase. We keep a copy of the uploaded original for at most three years, solely to analyse and train our converter. It is neither shared nor published.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends with the download. If a file is faulty, contact us and we will find a solution.
What exactly is in the free preview?
A raster image of the result with limited resolution, so you can check every detail. The vector files themselves (SVG, PDF, EPS) are only available after purchase.
