Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Sergei Starysh and its customers for the use of vecpress.

Service

vecpress converts raster images into vector files. Conversion and preview are free. The vector files (SVG, PDF, EPS) and a 300 dpi PNG are provided for a fee after payment.

Prices and payment

The prices shown at the time of the order apply and are final prices including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. You receive an invoice by email for every purchase. Credits are prepaid, one credit unlocks one image, and credits do not expire.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Consumers in the EU have a right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, it expires when the provision begins, provided that you have expressly agreed to this and confirmed your knowledge of losing the right of withdrawal. You give this consent before payment.

Rights to the uploaded images

By uploading, you confirm that you are the owner of the image or hold the rights required to upload it, have it converted and release it for the use described in the next section. You keep all rights to your images and to the converted files.

Use of uploaded images to train the converter

We keep a copy of every uploaded original and use it exclusively to analyse and train our own converter. For this purpose you grant us a non-exclusive, free right of use, limited to three years. The images are not shared with anyone, not published and not used for any other purpose. They are deleted automatically after three years at the latest.

You accept this before each upload with the checkbox in the upload area. You can object to this use at any time by writing to service@werbetrends.at; we will then delete the copy. Details are in our privacy policy.

Liability

Please check the result in the preview before buying. Automatic conversion cannot reproduce every detail of the original.
